the future!    Role Summary:   We are seeking a skilled Staff Mechanical Design Engineer - Launch to join our team in Reno, NV and contribute to the development of power electronics products.  The primary function of this position is to take ownership of mechanical across multiple power converter platforms and voltage classes, including designing custom mechanical parts across our power converter modules and our system design, and work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, new product introduction (NPI), and test to drive prototype builds and validation.  You will serve as the technical authority and escalation point for mechanical and cross-functional engineers on the organization's toughest design problems, acting as the bridge between
