Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.</p></div><div> <h3>Position Overview</h3> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>High-Speed Hardware Engineer (RF &amp; Digital Systems)</strong> to design and develop advanced electronic systems for next-generation satellite and telecommunications platforms. The role focuses on high-frequency and high-data-rate hardware development across the full product lifecycle, ensuring robust performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <p>• Design high-speed multilayer PCBs with controlled impedance. <br>• Develop high-speed digital interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, and SerDes. <br>• Ensure signal integrity and power integrity across complex electronic systems. <br>• Design and integrate RF and mixed-signal circuits. <br>• Perform schematic design, layout supervision, and PCB stack-up definition. <br>• Conduct signal integrity and RF simulations to validate designs. <br>• Support hardware validation, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities. <br>• Collaborate with FPGA, RF, and system engineering teams to ensure successful product integration. <br>• Prepare technical documentation and support manufacturing and production processes.</p> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <p><strong>Education:</strong><br>• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong><br>• A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-speed hardware design. <br>• Strong experience using PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence. High-speed HBM engineering<br>• Solid knowledge of signal integrity principles and transmission line theory. <br>• Experience with high-speed communication protocols including PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, and SerDes. <br>• Hands-on laboratory experience using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and related test equipment.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br>• RF design experience in the GHz frequency range. <br>• Experience within satellite, aerospace, or telecommunications industries. <br>• Familiarity with FPGA-based systems. <br>• Experience with simulation tools such as HyperLynx, ADS, and HFSS. <br>• Knowledge of EMC/EMI standards and compliance requirements.</p> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong><br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Excellent attention to detail.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.<br>• Strong organizational and project management skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.<br>• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.</p> <p><strong>Technology Stack:</strong><br>• Altium Designer. <br>• Cadence Design Systems. <br>• HyperLynx.&nbsp;<br>• ADS (Advanced Design System).
