This is an individual contributor role. ~8+ years delivering enterprise-ready People and Legal technology with 3+ years at a senior technical or architect level.  </li> <li>Technical architect and implementer: deep, hands-on experience in enterprise platform architecture, SaaS implementations, API and data design, security and production operations. </li> <li>Strategic partner and roadmap owner: proven experience defining multi-year technology roadmaps and translating them into executable programs and KPIs. </li> <li>Enterprise AI leader: proven experience defining and delivering enterprise-wide AI strategy, sponsoring pilots and scaling production services with governance and cross-functional adoption  </li> <li>Domain flexibility: detailed People and Legal business-process knowledge is helpful but not required;
