You will act as a thought partner to the Director of All Things People and other People leaders, provide administrative support and execute department reporting, onboarding, payroll, performance review and compliance strategies as well as other critical People Ops functions. You will also consistently support department efforts for efficiency and technology automations.    What You’ll Contribute in This Role:  Payroll Support – Support the semi-monthly payroll process with document preparation, timecard management, processing and liaison with internal and external partners.  Reporting – Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual HR Reporting as well as ad-hoc reporting.  Employee Support – Provide tier 1 employee support for incoming requests and inquiries.
