We partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external implementation partners to design scalable Salesforce-based solutions that support CoreWeave’s rapid growth, including billing integrations, multi-org consolidation, international expansion, and compliance initiatives.</p> <h2 class="wnfdntj _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">Key Responsibilities</h2> <p class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">As a Business Systems Engineer (GTM), you’ll join the IT GTM Systems team as a hands-on Salesforce developer and administrator. You’ll help build, configure, and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem that supports CoreWeave’s GTM organization while translating business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.</p> <ul> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, permission sets, and other declarative configurations, to support GTM business processes.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Partner with RevOps, Marketing Operations, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, data quality, security and access controls, and system health monitoring.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Support and contribute to larger GTM systems initiatives, including billing integrations, multi-org consolidation, international and multi-currency expansion, and compliance projects.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Troubleshoot and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Collaborate with external implementation partners and consultants to support project delivery.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Write and maintain clear technical documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Participate in testing, quality assurance, and change management processes to support high-quality, SOX-compliant releases.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear status updates and surfacing risks proactively.</li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdntj _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and/or administration, ideally supporting a GTM, Sales, or RevOps organization.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Strong working knowledge of core Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Flow and process automation, validation rules, permission sets and profiles, reports and dashboards, and data management.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with business and technical partners.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Strong team player with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.</li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdntj _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">Preferred Skills</h2> <ul> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, or other Salesforce development tools.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Experience supporting Salesforce integrations, multi-org environments, international expansion, or multi-currency implementations.</li> <li class="wnfdntv _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment or supporting formal change management and release The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
