As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all cultivation, production, and manufacturing operations. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should ideally have a variety of skills in trades like HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical repair.</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(41, 88, 115);"><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.</li> <li>Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills to diagnose automated equipment.</li> <li>Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits.</li> <li>Experience with a CMMS maintenance tracking program a bonus.</li> <li>An ability to work well under pressure.</li> <li>Relevant technical knowledge.</li> <li>Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.</li> <li>Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.</li> <li>Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(41, 88, 115);"><strong>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Experience with troubleshooting HVAC equipment, VFDs, pump motors, monitoring sensors and cable installations (environmental sensors).</li> <li>Prior experience in BMS monitoring systems, automated climate control, and fertigation controls.</li> <li>Experience with water filtration, RO systems, and larger water distribution systems.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(41, 88, 115);"><strong>PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>EPA 608 | any HVAC certification(s).</li> <li>OSHA 10 | OSHA 30.</li> <li>CMRT Certified Maintenance &amp; Reliability Technician.</li> <li>IMM Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (NCCER).</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(41, 88, 115);"><strong></strong></span></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position.
