Trusted by leading global hyperscalers and businesses, DayOne designs, builds and operates high-capacity, AI-ready campuses with speed, scale and reliability.You'll lead the delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) for DayOne's data center construction projects, from planning and installation through commissioning and integration.

Job Descriptions:

Deliver the BMS Scope

• Manage end-to-end BMS delivery against project specifications and the construction programme.
• Plan schedules and allocate resources to support installation and commissioning milestones.
• Manage costs and project risks to support delivery within the agreed schedule.

Coordinate Installation and Stakeholders

• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and civil, structural and architectural (CSA) teams to align BMS installation with construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to align installation and integration with the overall programme.
• Provide clients and stakeholders with technical guidance and progress reports as their main BMS contact.

Commission Integrated, Compliant Systems

• Oversee commissioning and integration with heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), power, lighting, security, fire alarms and other building services.
• Review control drawings, sequences of operation and commissioning documentation to ensure systems meet project specifications and relevant standards.
• Ensure BMS work complies with relevant regulations and safety requirements, and implement and maintain safety procedures.

Required Experience, Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in BMS engineering, construction and commissioning, with a proven track record of managing BMS installation projects. Experience delivering BMS projects in data center environments is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS and building services, including HVAC, electrical systems and fire protection.
• Proficiency in BMS software, such as Honeywell, Siemens or Schneider Electric.
• Relevant certifications, such as BMS, HVAC or PMP, are desirable.
• Experience managing project costs, schedules, risks and competing priorities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Explain technical information clearly in English to clients, contractors and other technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of a local language is a plus.
