As a key point of contact between tenants, contractors, and owners, you will ensure every home is maintained to the highest standard.</p> <p>Working closely with agency teams and managers, you will play an important role in enabling Dwelly’s vision to transform the lettings industry in the UK. This role requires an individual that is comfortable with frequent change, is highly resilient and has a proactive mindset.</p> <p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for a specified property portfolio.&nbsp;</li> <li>Adopt the Dwelly CRM as the primary platform of facilitating portfolio management.</li> <li>Consistently maintain a high level of service across the 4 key areas of Dwelly property management (maintenance, compliance, move-outs, inspections).</li> <li>Negotiate with Landlord and Tenant with regards to deposit deductions and referring to TDS, when necessary.</li> <li>Resolve landlord, tenant, contractor issues in a timely and professional manner.</li> <li>Ensure your portfolio is compliant to UK safety legislation and housing standards.</li> <li>Any other duties within your capabilities as requested by Management.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–3+ years of experience in operations or customer service.</li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li> <li>Optional: Strong UK lettings regulations knowledge</li> <li>Comfortable with technology adoption&nbsp;</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change</li> <li>Highly resilient</li> </ul> <p><strong>Would be a plus:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Tech-enabled environment experience</li> <li>Experience with multiple CRMs</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits:</h3> <ul> <li>Competitive salary based on performance, recognising exceptional contributions to our integration success.</li> </ul> <h3>What is it like being a Dwell-er?</h3> <p>Feel free to check out <a href="https://docsend.com/view/7v8gwrjaky7mn895">Dwelly Core Principles</a>.
