<p><strong>What Will You Do</strong></p>

<p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>OTC/Sales Track Record: 2+ years of experience in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></li>
<li>Crypto Ecosystem Expertise: Deep understanding of stablecoin mechanics (fiat-backed vs. algorithmic/crypto-backed), mint/burn flows, and multi-chain dynamics (Ethereum, Tron, Solana, L2s).</li>
<li>Institutional/HNWI Network: An active, existing network of institutional crypto market participants, funds, or HNWIs is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Compliance-First Mindset: Strong grasp of global AML, KYC, and travel rule requirements. You understand how to manage risk without killing the deal.</li>
<li>Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. You can explain complex settlement flows to other teams clearly.</li>
<li>Adaptability: Comfortable navigating an evolving global regulatory landscape for stablecoins.</li>
