<p><span data-contrast="auto">As an Outreach Leader, you'll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships that generate new patients for Hopscotch Primary Care. You'll spend your time in the community meeting with prospective patients, local organizations, referral partners, businesses, senior groups, and community leaders to educate them about Hopscotch and help eligible individuals enroll as patients.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">Success in this role comes from building trust, creating new opportunities, developing a strong sales pipeline, and consistently achieving patient growth goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
