About the role:
We're hiring SDRs across our Enterprise, Commercial, and SaaS segments to drive outbound pipeline. This is a foundational role on a 12-person (and growing) team — no prior sales experience required, just a track record of hustle and a hunger to compete.
What you'll do:
Own outbound prospecting: ~500 dials, ~400 emails, and ~100 LinkedIn connects per week
Run a channel mix of roughly 40% call / 40% email / 20% LinkedIn
Book qualified meetings against a quarterly quota
Partner closely with your AE to build pipeline and sharpen discovery skills
Ramp fast: first meeting booked by day 30, full activity volume by day 60, autonomous and pacing to target by day 90

A finance, taxtech, fintech, or e-commerce background, or familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Nooks, or AI productivity tools
