This individual will serve as a technical SME for Cameo-based MBSE model development and SysML best practices, contributing tothe development of digital thread architecture and ecosystem operation. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing system models across complex space and missile defense programs, while also assisting with digital thread architecture development and being involved in systems engineering processes in alignment with Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of War (DoW) policies and industry standards. This includes developing and managing models created organically, working with subcontractors and evaluating their work, and integrating models provided externally from partners and the U.S. Government. This position will report to the Digital Thread Architect/Director of Digital Engineering. RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Serve as a Cameo MBSE SME, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and governance for SysML-based system models </li> <li>Develop, maintain, and integrate MBSE artifacts supporting space systems, spacecraft, satellites, and missile defense weapon systems </li> <li>Work closely with the Systems Engineering team in capturing the full-spectrum of activities using model-based approaches, including:  <ul> <li>Requirements analysis and traceability </li> <li>Functional and logical architecture development </li> <li>Interface definition and system decomposition </li> <li>Verification and validation modeling </li> </ul> </li> <li>Support System of Systems Engineering activities and model integration </li> <li>Apply and tailor MBSE practices in
