Our mission is to elevate the profile of women’s basketball through exceptional talent, groundbreaking partnerships, and unparalleled fan experiences.</p></div><p><strong>JOB OVERVIEW</strong></p> <p>Unrivaled is seeking Seasonal Retail &amp; Fan Experience Associate to play an essential role in creating a memorable shopping experience for fans during the 2026–2027 season. The engagement is expected to begin onsite in Miami, Florida beginning on or around December 7, 2026, and will continue through approximately mid-March 2027, subject to completion of the agreed scope of services.</p> <p>The Retail &amp; Fan Experience Associate will support all aspects of retail operations including sales, fan engagement, merchandising, and game-day execution. Associates will embody the Unrivaled brand, deliver exceptional customer service and enthusiasm while supporting the league’s commitment to excellence.</p> <p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet fans and create a welcoming, energetic, and professional atmosphere.</li> <li>Engage with fans to understand their needs and make product recommendations.</li> <li>Maintain the sales floor and stockroom to brand and visual standards.</li> <li>Process sales transactions accurately using the Unrivaled Point of Sale (POS) system.</li> <li>Support merchandise setup and breakdown for games, pop-ups, and special events.</li> <li>Restock and organize inventory throughout the day to ensure product availability.</li> <li>Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and aligned with Unrivaled brand guidelines.</li> <li>Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to ensure the Unrivaled brand and league are positively represented.</li> <li>Understand and embody Unrivaled’s values and fan-first approach.</li> <li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Retail Leadership Team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>Prior retail, customer service, or event experience preferred.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Must be available to work all Unrivaled home games and assigned events, including nights and weekends.</li> <li>Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic.</li> <li>Able to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.</li> <li>Foreign language skills are a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the facility.</li> <li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.</li> <li>Ability to work long shifts, including evenings and weekends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> <strong>$20/hour</strong></li> <li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week (nights, weekends, and event days required).</li> <li><strong>Season:</strong> December – March</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Unrivaled is an equal opportunity organization.
