The company provides build-to-suit and colocation solutions to the telecommunications industry. </span><span class="fontstyle0">In 2020, Vertical Bridge became the first tower company in the world to achieve the CarbonNeutral® company certified status and has been recertified every year since.</span><br></p></div><p><strong>Summary: <br></strong>The role of Asset Management Project Coordinator (AMPC) is responsible for performing administrative functions, data analysis and assistance in reporting for the Asset Managers (AM) and SVP Lease Administration & Asset Management.</p>
<p><strong>Job Functions: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide administrative support on Asset Management related projects</li>
<li>Assist Asset Managers with executing amendments and the subsequent recording and uploading of documents</li>
<li>Assist Asset Managers with data changes, manual renewals of ground leases and the answering of leasing deal pipeline questions</li>
<li>Analyze data and provide reports and recommendations to improve reporting</li>
<li>Assist in obtaining prompt and efficient landowner approval and signatures for documents (e.g., consents, letters of authorization/approval)</li>
<li>Coordinate with Accounting and other departments to ensure accurate contact information and timely payment of ground lease rents and tax reimbursements</li>
<li>Upload relevant documents to internal systems</li>
<li>Create and send packages for routing of hard copy documents</li>
<li>Scanning of documents for approval, routing, and filing</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the VP Lease Administration & Asset Management</li>

<p><strong>Working Conditions and Physical Demands: </strong></p>
<p>Position will work directly from the corporate office with minimal travel.</p>
<p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in business or another related field</li>
<li>Minimum two years of experience preferably in wireless communication, real estate, or working with legal documents</li>
<li>Prior experience working with DocuSign, Sitetracker/SalesForce, and SharePoint preferred</li>
<li>Notary Public is a plus</li>
<li>Proficient user of Excel and other MS Office suite products</li>
<li>Excellent client and vendor relationship and communication skills</li>
<li>Demonstrate proficiency balancing multiple tasks, highly organized and strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team</li>
